I am a researcher, committed to the interface between academic curiosity and industrial application. I have a DPhil (PhD) in Chemistry and have completed strategy & innovation business training. I regularly engage in outreach activities, speak at events, write articles and generally promote science!

My research in the Vincent Group  (University of Oxford) lies at the interface of academia and industry. 

 

We have been awarded major R&D funding by EPSRC through Innovate UK / BBSRC / EPSRC Industrial Biotechnology Catalyst scheme to translate our technology (HydRegen) towards commercialisation. I love to get creative and have designed many of the graphics and websites for the research project.

I am also passionate about science communication, outreach and inspiring the next generation!

I grew up working on a farm, and still consider myself a farmer at heart!
